We provide coaching, workshops, and related materials. We may update curricula without prior notice to reflect new methodologies and industry standards.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are stated in USD. Payment schedules and taxes (if applicable) are specified at checkout or in your invoice. Late payments may accrue reasonable administrative fees.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations and refunds (where applicable) are outlined in your program agreement. Team workshops may have separate terms.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential. We may use anonymized, aggregated insights to improve our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and exercises are owned by AuriVox Atelier or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal use only.
8. Acceptable Use
You will not misuse the site or services, including attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or distributing harmful content.
9. Disclaimers
We provide coaching and educational services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
